Application of these terms and conditions

Article 1 (1) The accommodation contract and related contracts concluded by our accommodation facility shall be subject to the provisions of these terms and conditions, and any matters not stipulated in these terms and conditions shall be governed by law or custom.
(2) Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the hotel may enter into special agreements within the scope of the spirit of these terms and conditions, laws, regulations and customs.

Refusal of Accommodation Acceptance Article 2 Our hotel may refuse to accept accommodation in the following cases.
(1) When an application for accommodation does not comply with these terms and conditions.
(2) When the Hotel is fully booked and no guest rooms are available.
(3) When a person seeking accommodation is deemed to be in danger of engaging in conduct that will be contrary to the laws and regulations or to the public order or good morals in regard to his/her accommodation.
(4) When the person seeking accommodation can be clearly detected as carrying an infectious disease.
(5) When a special burden is requested in relation to the accommodation.
(6) When accommodation is impossible due to natural disasters, malfunction of facilities or other unavoidable reasons.
(7) When the person seeking accommodation is deemed to be causing significant inconvenience to other guests due to intoxication or other reasons.
(8) When the guest behaves in a manner that is extremely disruptive to other guests.

Article 3: Disclosure of name, etc. When our hotel accepts an application for accommodation (hereinafter referred to as "application for accommodation reservation") prior to the date of accommodation, we may request the applicant for the following items within a specified deadline.
(1) Name, gender, and phone number of the guest. (2) Any other information deemed necessary by the hotel.

Payment of Accommodation Fees Article 4 (1) Payment of accommodation fees will not be made by coupon, cheque, lump sum company invoice, accounts receivable or deferred settlement without prior contractual consent.
(2) Accommodation fees will not be refunded if a guest voluntarily does not stay at the guest room after beginning to occupy the room.
(3) Payment for accommodation fees can only be made in cash (Japanese Yen).

Cancellation of Reservation Article 5 (1) When an applicant for a reservation cancels all or part of the reservation, the hotel will charge a penalty (cancellation fee) in accordance with the penalty charge regulations.
(2) If a guest does not contact us and does not arrive by 9:00 p.m. on the day of accommodation, we may consider the reservation to be canceled.
(3) In the event that the reservation is deemed to have been cancelled in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, and the Guest proves that the reason for his/her failure to arrive without notice was due to non-arrival or delay of public transport such as a train or airplane, or other cause not attributable to the Guest, we will not charge the cancellation fee stipulated in paragraph 1.


Article 6 Except as otherwise specified, our hotel may cancel your reservation in the following cases.
Except as otherwise provided, accommodation reservations may be cancelled in the following cases:
(1) When the situation falls under any of Article 2, Paragraphs 3 to 8.
(2) When clarification of the matters set forth in Article 3, paragraph 1 is requested and such matters are not provided within the deadline.

Accommodation Registration Article 7 Guests must register the following details at the reception desk of the inn on the day of their stay.
(1) Items specified in Article 3, paragraph l. (2) For foreigners, passport number, name, sex, nationality, place of entry into Japan and date of entry. (3) Any other items deemed necessary by the hotel.

Article 8 (1) Guests may use the accommodation from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. the following morning.
(2)Dinner time is 6:30 p.m.
(3)Breakfast time is 8 a.m.

Article 9 (1) Check-out time: Guests must vacate their guest rooms by 10:00 a.m.
(2) For guests staying multiple nights only, if room cleaning or change of towels and sheets is not required, you may continue to use the room after 10:00 a.m.

Article 10 of the Terms of Use (1) Guests must abide by the terms of use established by the inn and posted within the inn.

Refusal to Continue Accommodation Article 11 Our hotel may refuse to continue your stay in the following cases, even if it is during the accepted accommodation period.
(1) When the situation falls under any of Article 2, Paragraphs 3 to 8.
(2) When the user does not comply with the rules of use set forth in the preceding article.

Responsibility for Accommodation Article 12 (1) When we are unable to provide a guest room to a guest due to reasons attributable to our accommodation, except in cases of natural disasters or other difficult circumstances, we will arrange for the guest to stay in another accommodation with the same or similar conditions.
(2) In the event that we are unable to provide a guest room to a guest due to reasons beyond our control or force majeure, this does not fall under the provisions of the preceding paragraph and we shall not be liable for such.
(3) The inn will not be held responsible for any accidents that occur as a result of guests not following the rules and regulations posted at the inn.

(4) If a guest vomits due to drunkenness or other reasons, soils the bedding and tatami mats (carpets), etc., and renders the guest room (dining area) unusable, we will request damages incurred during that time. The same applies if property in the guest room is damaged due to rough handling that is not in normal use.
(5) Please keep all belongings other than those entrusted to us by the reception desk at the inn in charge of keeping them safe. Please note that the inn will not bear any responsibility for any loss or theft of any belongings.

Article 13: Regarding hotel equipment Our hotel aims to provide equal service to all guests. The hotel equipment is the property of our hotel and is managed to ensure that all guests have a comfortable stay.
(1) If it is determined that a guest has taken any of the hotel's furnishings outside the hotel, the guest will be required to pay compensation.
(2) Amenities (toothbrushes, etc.) are provided in the guest rooms. Please feel free to take them home.

Article 14 Regarding Room Keys Please note that if you lose your room key, you will be required to pay the actual cost.

Article 15: Regarding lost property At our inn, we will store any lost property for one month, but we will not contact you to protect your privacy. Please note that we will dispose of any food, drinks, newspapers, magazines, etc.

Article 16 Regarding the Hotel's Affiliated Parking Lots Please note that the hotel will not bear any responsibility for damage caused to the vehicle or other property in the affiliated parking lot due to natural disasters, earthquakes, fires, theft, or other accidents.
We ask that you take special care of your valuables.

Article 17: Penalty Charges (Cancellation Fees) for this accommodation will be charged as follows:
No-shows and cancellations on the day of the stay will be charged 100% of the accommodation fee.
Cancellation on the day before your stay will be 100% of the accommodation fee.
Cancellation 3 days before the date of stay: 70% of the accommodation fee
Cancellation 5 days before the date of stay will incur a 30% charge.
